Preparation

Here are some things to help you begin preparing.

Book your flight

Take care of your flights. Suggested travel:

• Fly into Denver (DIA) before 1pm MT on 7.26.2023 (Wed)
• Fly out of Denver (DIA) after 12pm MT on 7.30.2023 (Sun)

Zoom Kick-off

We’re planning a Zoom kick-off on May 8th at 10am MT / 12pm ET. You’ll receive an email invite for that call.

Prep for the Adventure

Preparation for this event will be key. Colorado is a high altitude state, and some of the areas we’ll be exploring are in the 10,000+ foot elevation range. Here are a few things to help you with physical preparation:

• Build up some light cardio. You don’t need to run marathons every morning, but we do recommend you get your cardiovascular system used to regular exercise. This can include daily walks, jogs, or light sports each week.
• Land in Colorado well rested and hydrated.
• Clear your work schedule for the event week, if possible. This retreat will give you a unique opportunity to disconnect in new ways, and leaving your “normal work” behind is highly suggested.
